A lot of our jobs are lone working, meaning no one can provide training as you are working 1-1 so we require a minimum of 1 year experience in care to give you regular work
DBS
We need to see a copy of Enhanced DBS issues within the last 12 months, ideally up update service
2X REFERENCES

2 professional references who can confirm your care experience.
For care assistants and support workers, we accept references from:
- A care home manager or another equivalent-level healthcare employer.
- A band-5 nurse or higher.
- A representative from an agency you’ve previously worked for in a healthcare role.
We can accept one reference from a non-healthcare employer, as long as your healthcare reference can confirm at least six months of UK-based care experience.
For nurses, we accept references from:
- A care home manager or another equivalent-level healthcare employer.
- A band-6 nurse or higher.
- A representative from an agency you’ve previously worked for in a healthcare role.
Important: For both nurses and care assistants, one of your references must be from your most recent UK employer.
RIGHT TO WORK
To confirm your right to work in the UK, we’ll need to see either a copy of your British or Irish passport or a share code if you’re not a UK citizen.

VALID TRAINING CERTIFICATES
We will need to make sure you have up-to-date training certificates that meet our compliance requirements.
